Responsibilities:

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

  • At least 8 years’ Production experience

  • BSc / BTech Degree or NHD in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering.
  • An MBA/MBL would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement and execute projects on time and within budget
  • Ensure there is feasible plan that achieves the goals and objectives of the project and aligns with the organization’s overall business strategy
  • Managing the project’s scope and resources
  • Estimating time and financial commitments
  • Assign Project team tasks and deadlines
  • Coordinate all required tools to collaborate
  • Review status updates to chart Project team progress
  • Manage revenue, budget and margin

  • Mining Engineering Degree (Tertiary)
  • Mine Managers Certificate of Competency
  • Project Management qualification (PMP) or equivalent will be advantageous
  • 15-19 years of related experience
  • Strong mining contractor experience
  • Proficiency in project management software tools
  • Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
  • Underground Trackless Development Experience, international experience (High Speed Development) will be advantageous.
  • NEC 3 Contracts Experience, in particularly Type E
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
  • Project execution experience
